If the items you have ordered are in stock we will despatch them within two working days and very often the following working day. If we are unable to dispatch your order within two days we will contact you to inform you of the situation. We use The Royal Mail for deliveries (free within the UK) using first class, recorded post or special Delivery as appropriate.
Special Delivery is the only way that guarantees a delivery time. If you would like us to use this method, please contact us. The charge is £4.50 (free on orders over £150.00)

| What if my order isn't what i expected? |

Call us and return the items within 7 days in an unused condition and we will be happy to exchange the items or refund you. Please note, postage will not be refunded. Some products may very slightly, particularly in colour, to those illustrated on the web site and in brochures due to the individual nature of the items.
